Noon Hour Bootcamp

These classes change up all the time! Come in for a 40 minute workout that will leave you feeling like you have strengthened your roots!

Tuesdays (Upper Body) and Tursdays (Leg Day), 12:10pm-12:50pm

Cost: $20 for a single class or $125.00 for 8 classes, billed monthly

Sport Performance Training

For youth athletes aged 13-17; With a focus on speed, strength, endurance, and power, these classes are designed to help skyrocket your performance on the field, court, ice, or pitch!

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6:15pm - 7:30pm

​

Cost: $25 for a single class or $125.00 for 8 classes, billed monthly
