With over 30 years in the fitness industry, I’ve seen trends come and go — but one truth has
always remained: lasting results come from building strength, fueling your body well, and
staying consistent in every area of life.


At Taproot, my philosophy is simple: strong roots grow strong people. Training isn’t just about
reps and sets — it’s about creating sustainable habits, discovering your potential, and finding joy
in the process.


Being a personal trainer is an incredible honor. Every time someone invests their trust in me, I
take that responsibility to heart. Watching clients grow in confidence, move better, and gain
strength — both physically and mentally — inspires me daily. Their dedication lifts me up just as
much as I strive to lift them.


Over the past year, my passion has expanded into HYROX — a hybrid fitness competition that
challenges both strength and endurance. This sport has pushed me personally and
professionally, leading me to become a Certified Level 1 HYROX Coach. Through this
experience, I’ve deepened my expertise in sports nutrition, athlete recovery, and tapering
plans to help individuals perform at their best.


I believe in meeting clients where they are — whether the goal is to move without pain, build
strength, or train like an athlete. My approach blends science, experience, and compassion to
create lasting results and lifelong confidence.
